US Humane Society offers puppy mill reward
RENO — To mark the sixth-annual Puppy Mill Action Week, which takes place through Friday and supports advocacy efforts to crack down on puppy mills, The Humane Society of the United States is now offering a reward of up to $5,000 to anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of a puppy mill operator for illegal animal cruelty.
